The SDO Batangas Province marked the first Division Management Committee Meeting with the motherly, supportive and dedicated Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Marites A. Ibañez on June 22, 2023, at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay City, Cavite. The event was scheduled for three days: Batch 1, June 22, Batch 2, June 23 and Batch 3, June 26.

These were specially blocked dates for the three functional divisions, the SDS Office, CID office and SGOD office. Similarly, the committed Education Program Supervisors, Public School District Supervisors and School Heads from Elementary and Secondary met with warm smile After the preliminary activities, each sub-office was called for attendance by citing lines unique to each district.

Ms. Nadine C. Celindro, Assistant Division Superintendent set the mood and established the accommodating tone of the day's event through her welcome remarks. In her message, Ms. Celindro emphasized how the division of Batangas navigated the encountered challenges during the past years and how everyone contributed to meeting and managing the challenges, thus, through the commitment of the SDO Batangas family, all challenges were positively resolved.

During the inspirational message, Dr. Ibañez, Schools Division Superintendent highlighted that her dedication in serving Batangueño learners which started on April 14, 2023, can be described as, "Staying Passionate, Staying Committed". Likewise, she pointed out that the SDO Batangas in the "Now Normal" will remain to serve with utmost greatness through communication and innovation.
